Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- If you encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve.
- If you are billed incorrectly.
- If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without using the service.
- If you accidentally purchase a wrong plan, refunds can be requested within 24 hours of the transaction.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases
